The concept behind this logo is to signify LCDA’s role in residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial development. The leaf in the foreground symbolizes agriculture, forestry, greenery which play a vital part in Sarawak’s growing economy.  The triangular arrow-head symbolizes modernisation in terms of residential, commercial, agriculture and industrial development, construction and urban progress.  At a glance, the logo portrays progress working in harmony and unison towards a common objective: success and prosperity of the State.
